Arturo Battista is a senior associate at SILS and specializes in corporate and contractual law, litigation/arbitration and competition law both in Italy and at the European Union level.

Graduated at the Federico II University in Naples, after completing his studies at the University of Leicester (Master of Laws in International Commercial Law) and at the School of Law and Business “Sole-24Ore” in Milan (Master in Corporate Law), Mr. Battista is co-author of several legal essays on corporate issues published by ASLA, the Italian Association of International Law Firms.
