Mr. Luigi Zumbo and Ms. Federica Dendena, in the 2021-22 edition of the “Corporate Law” Master course for future business lawyers arranged by the Sole24Ore Business School, will be speakers of the module dedicated to the personal data protection law entitled "GDPR: Legal Advice and Business Management". The lessons will have a practical approach based on the numerous cases dealt with during our lawyers’ daily activities. The topics will be the new items introduced by the European General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679, its application at national level (including the judicial decisions and rulings of the Italian Data Protection Authority and Italian Courts), as well as the practical profiles with reference to the compliance of companies with the Regulation and concrete examples of interaction between inhouse counsels and external legal consultants.
