Federica Dendena is a senior associate at SILS and specializes in corporate, commercial and employment law, as well as contractual issues and data protection/privacy laws and regulations both at the national and international level, on which she is often speaker at legal seminars (also via web).

Graduated at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, after completing her studies at the School of Law and Business “Sole-24Ore” in Milan (Master in Corporate Law), she joined initially the Italian Legal Department of Sony Europe; Ms. Dendena is author of several articles and notes on the topics within her expertise.
