Fulvio Pastore-Alinante (SILS founding partner) gave the opening speech on 22 May for the 14th annual Judicial Program for Trainee Lawyers in Milan. Mr. Pastore-Alinante spoke as Vice President of ASLA (the Italian Association of International Law Firms), which organized the Program jointly with the Milan Bar Association. This year’s edition has been remarkable for being held, for the first time, entirely by way of live streaming – and for its record audience participation (250 young lawyers, surpassing all prior editions). On 24 July Arturo Battista (SILS senior associate) conducted the Program’s tenth and final session, on the cutting-edge (for Italy) topic of class action cases and judicial procedure.
