On Friday, 17 May 2019 Mr. Luigi Zumbo (Founding Partner of SILS) and Mr. Arturo Battista (Senior Associate of SILS) were speakers at the professional training event for lawyers, accredited by the Milan Bar Association, held at the "spazio CHIOSSETTO" in Milan and organized by AFAP – the Italian Association for the Professional Training. Mr. Zumbo and Mr. Battista discussed the new obligations of the managing directors and control bodies in Italian Limited Liability Companies facing business crisis.
