Mr. Luigi Zumbo and Ms. Federica Dendena, in the 2022 edition of the “Corporate Law” Master course for future business lawyers organized by the Sole24Ore Business School, were speakers at the module on personal data protection law, entitled "GDPR: Legal Advice and Business Management". The lessons included cases dealt in the lawyers’ daily activities. The discussion moved from the European General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, its application at national level (including judicial decisions and rulings of the Italian Data Protection Authority and Italian Courts), as well as practical profiles for the compliance of companies with the Regulation, and actual examples of interaction between in-house counsels and external legal consultants.
